It’s hit and miss, with a bit more hit than miss. The biggest gripe is the “reservation” system. It’s not a reservation at all. If you show up 5 minutes early to your scheduled time you could be waiting another 20-30 minutes as your stylist just took someone else. There needs to be a better system. It’s especially difficult when you have multiple kids and waiting another extra half an hour on top, after getting there a few minutes early, just isn’t a good practice.
