I'm legally deaf and the stylist "Jo" has to be rudest person! I couldn't hear her and she snapped at me. Then I had to ask to, "Please quit pulling my hair" while she was cutting. Then she was rude again! "Oh I'm pulling your hair" I had to stop my haircut short. No shampoo, massage, no hot towel. After years of coming to sports clips, I guarantee I won't be coming back to that one! How can I give zero stars to match the zero tip?

Been coming here for awhile for me and my son but this morning I got to the door at 9am sharp. First one inside and I was token second. No big deal I didn’t mind but then evening I made an appointment online for both my kids and we was 3rd and 4th online but apparently we was skipped from someone who’s was 8th in line. I always tip an additional $8 per person/cut but this the Last time coming back to this place .
Was busy, but the stylist did an awesome job!
