Stylist Sara couldn’t be more rude if she tried. Rush my son here to make it in time while we were “on deck”. She failed to note who was up next and called someone ahead of us. When I explained we were on deck she suggested I shouldn’t worry because it wouldn’t be the 20 minute wait the screen suggested. 25 minutes she called us. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They trim my hair and beard. Only once have I gotten home and found my beard needed more work. It's a pleasant experience. I like that I can sign in from home and know when someone will be available. The MVP extras are quite relaxing.
