Came in with my 2 1/2 year old and was first, skipped ahead even though the person behind me was “first available” just like me for a stylist. We finally were sat in a chair and the gal that attempted to cut my child’s hair just seem flustered and frightened to start cutting. She just kept brushing his hair.
