Owner started adding a 10 dollar detail charge on top of the 27 dollars. I normally try to have my total plus tip equal out to 35. That extra 10 they charge doesn’t go to the stylist. Owner is basically stealing tips from its employees, and I’m sorry but a 25 min haircut should never be 37 dollars, especially for a chain. This puts the customer in an awkward position, we want to tip but it just feels way too expensive for a mediocre haircut.

Me, to manager: "That was about the worst hair experience of my life. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there, and didn't even seem to want me in her chair. Was annoyed at minor suggestions." Manager: "Well, did she show you the mirror?" The stupidity . People, just go to a real barber. Basically the same price.

My recent visit was outstanding thanks to my stylist. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered a haircut that was absolutely perfect. Her skill and warmth made the experience not just enjoyable, but memorable. She truly went above and beyond—and I can confidently say she’s the best stylist I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning because of her exceptional service.

Dez did an awesome job on my hair. She was thorough and made sure everything was perfect. She was knowledgeable about products to help me with my specific hair needs. She was very kind and held a great conversation. If you go to this location ask for Dez. You won't be disappointed.
