Crenna cut my sons hair today Not impressed by he cutting ability as a beautician Let alone of a negative attitude. She blamed a bad haircut on cowlicks. Which shows me she isn't very good at her job. Didn't wash his hair first and used clippers. Didn't even look at past reference on his previous cuts. We have never got a bad cut until today. Went to another place to fix the cut. Very unsatisfied customer. You lost our buisness and recommendations
