I checked in around 4:40 - 4:45 PM today (8/1) and had been waiting a significant amount of time (around 5:30) to be next up for my haircut. At that time someone just walked in and skipped myself and another gentleman who was waiting with his child. That gentlemen walked out due to this, stating that he would call the manager tomorrow.
