Your on line appointment sucks !! I live 50 minutes away my wife made an appointment because of traffic was 7 minutes late you put me at the bottom of the line . Then you wanted me to Wait 179 minutes. The last time I was there I told the lady I wanted my haircut to be a little shorter she started with a pair of clippers when I tried to stop her she didn’t understand the hair dresser next to told her to stop .
