I've been to this location several times. Each time service has been great. Today, I brought me 3 sons in for cuts. The manager assisted one of the barbers. However, she spent more time talk and waving her hands around instead of cutting my boys hair. He was literally with his chin tucked for 10 mins til I finally asked for a manager. To my surprise she's the manager. She was rude, never acknowledged the fact she was just chatting instead of cutting my sons hair. Staff were friendly. I only wanted a little taken off the top and sides and the back left alone. The stylist said she needed to take a little off the back to make it flow and took a lot. The hair on my forehead is very uneven.

Great place! Great stylists! The new app works great! Gives you a countdown to when your stylist will be ready for you. UPDATE: they're building a Jersey Mike's literally 10 steps away from sports clips so you can pick up a sub right after a great cut! It'll probably be completed in a month or two. UPDATE 2: Jersey Mike's is done and serving great subs. Don't forget to get it Mike's Way!

I work 6 days a week at the moment, so getting to enjoy the simple pleasures in life is important to me at this stage of my life. I had such an experience today when I came in for a haircut. I did the online check in to minimize my wait, so by the time I got checked in at the store I was seated less than 2 minutes. I was checking messages on my phone and heard my name.
