I showed up at 5:50 today and was told you are closed. Terrible customer service.
Signed up on app, added my son to the waitlist then drove over. When we arrived, we were next with 2 min waiting. Then it changed to 6. Then 15 minutes later, it said Batter Up! So we walked into the room only to be led out, where we looked at the board again and it said 26 minutes (an hour after we initially signed up). The ladies clearly didn’t want to do a kids cut and just kept adding people ahead of us, without being willing to discuss this with me or simply tell me they were not interested in taking my money.
