Check in online at 1135am. At 12pm, I was removed off the list. I had a 1 year getting his first haircut today and he pooped in his diaper and I had to clean him up and we got inside at 1205pm they said I was over 30 mins so now my wait was 118 minutes now. I explained my situation and they said to bad.
Showed the stylist the photo of what I wanted my hair to look like and instead, she cut my hair way too short in so many different places and now it looks stupid. I feel like I could’ve done a better job myself.
Natalie was amazing! She took care of all my needs and very knowledgeable and polite about the whole visit! She is perfect and highly recommended!
