Went to get haircuts today.. my son’s haircut person did a pretty good job. The person who did my hair did exactly opposite of what I asked her to do. And then got an attitude when I pointed it out. I guess you’re suppose to accept a bad haircut with a smile and move on … two stars bc you might get a good cut but you might not
On more than 3 occasions I have attempted to get my haircut at this location, only for them to close multiple hours before their posted closing time of 7pm. I would check the app, look at the wait times and their hours, then drive 30 minutes only to find out they closed early and didn't update the hours on the app or anywhere. The only way to know is to read the makeshift sign on the front door. Go somewhere else.
Ashley is the best! She is the one and only person I will let near my hair now. She can do it all from fixing an awful haircut I got out of town on a trip to just a nice line up and eyebrow slit for an upcoming date.
Husband and I don't like his haircut, not only did we wait over an hour after being told 45 mins. The stylist didnt know what a medium fade was. It shouldn't take 35+mins and then have you walking out with your face and neck covered in hair and to much length
