Third time I’ve shown up and system says something like it’s going to be 20 min wait and then the minutes start adding on, until it said I’d be there for nearly an hour. For a company to charge upwards of 60 dollars once you leave a tip for a haircut and treat their customer’s time like it doesn’t matter, is unacceptable. I’ll be supporting the independent places from now on. See ya.

Always makes sure I’m happy before I leave and makes sure to check with me on any products I may need prior to leaving. The quality of haircut and friendly professional personality of Victoria is why I will only let her cut my hair.
