Absolutely loved my haircut! She did an amazing job, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The stylist was wonderful and made me feel really special throughout the whole experience. 10/10!
I do like coming here, but the check in system is very frustrating. Also if you don't come to location before they will not know what you hair cut was from another location. Due to franchisees.

I received an MVP coupon and was completely fine with whatever service it covered. The coupon did not state any restrictions regarding long hair, and I would have been happy to pay an additional fee if that was required. Instead, the employee loudly and rudely accused me of having “matted hair” in front of others. My hair was frizzy, but nowhere near matted, and I even offered to brush it out.
