My actual haircut was great and my stylist was nice. But why even bother making an appointment? I arrived early for my check in, which I scheduled online and hour plus in advance, and still end up waiting in person 20+ minutes... they have got to get the scheduling nailed down somehow.
They seem perpetually understaffed at least for the times I’ve been. Staff seems overworked. Expensive relative to the value you get. Make sure you check in online or you’ll be sitting there while 5 people walk in and go in front of you. Make sure you bring a laptop as you’re not getting out of there in less than an hour.
Came in because I got a free haircut coupon. Upon entering I was not greeted nor was I told that I had to sign into the kiosk. Two people came in after me, they signed in and that’s when I noticed that you have to self sign. Made the wait so much longer! I had to be the one to engage with the hairstylist to know what exactly it is that you have to do to get a hair cut. Bad customer service.
