The worst customer servicer. Got there at 4:50 when I was told to arrive at 4:55 but instead ended up sitting there till 5:40 and just left because I couldn’t waste my money at such a embarrassing business.
Super busy, and for a reason. These ladies are great at their job and are always hustling to help as many people as possible in a day. Best place in town for men's cuts. Make sure to check in online. They're usually booked.
Sophie has been so wonderful with my son Keaton who has special needs! She puts up with his crankiness to his pranks!! She is nothing but professional and would not go anywhere else!! Thank you Sophie!
I've never experienced such a rude stylist. Sophie at the Bluestone location was very loudly cutting down her co-worker and being mean, hurtful and belittling her in front of everyone. It was completely inexcusable and I feel very sorry for any stylists that have to work with her. No one deserves to be treated that way. Its also extremely unprofessional. Our stylist however, was wonderful and kind!
