Why do they close at 6 when all the others are 8? Who works a 9 to 5 and can possibly make it in?
Update: tried to come again…they changed their hours and didn’t update anything online. This place is such a disappointment! Showed up at 4:55pm on a Tuesday (not my first time coming to this location at this time of day) for 2 of my son’s haircuts. Online check in was not available even though they had an hour left (they close at 6pm). 2 stylists were standing behind the counter chatting. The assistant manager (shorter lady with shorter hair) said we could not check in because there were 2 pending online checkins. I debated... read more
