I checked in early with a zero minute wait, I show up five minutes later to a 24 minute wait. That “24 minute” wait turned into a 45 minute wait and when I was finally next up, the hairdresser completely ignored me and took someone 3 spots behind me.

Have been to this location a couple of times in Deerfield. Loyda is a great stylist and pays attention to detail. Stay away from other locations with a different owner. All the good stylists are leaving locations in Broward. The location in Deerfield is changing for the better. They care about customer expectations and your experience.

I've been going to sport clips for many years where Karla in the Boynton Beach store used to cut my hair. Without going into details let's just say that I needed some special care and Karla was there always to see to it that that care was done. unfortunately she had left. To be honest I was concerned on who was going to replace her but The owners of the store handed me off to Loyda in the Deerfield Beach door and Loyda did a fantastic job in seeing that those special needs were taken care.
