I've flat out given up on this place. They used to be great, have great staff and very good at their job. The last three times I've used their app to book online, the booking keeps increasing in time to the point it's not longer feasible to go. For example, the wait time would go from 30 minutes to 145 minutes when I was supposely "in line" for using the app. Today, I waited two hours, and as soon as I arrived at the location, they cancelled my booking, and the person I selected wasn't even at the location. First, I always get the MVP and it is wonderful! The stylists have always styled my hair exactly how I like it even at various locations. Second but certainly not least, Lei at the Forsyth location is my FAVORITE STYLIST OF ALL TIME! She is so wonderful, she makes you feel seen and at your best. As a gay man she makes the whole experience so so so worth it I always try to go when she is working. I love chatting it up with Lei and cannot recommend lei more! 10/10 EVERY TIME!
They did a great job when I stopped by before my grandma's birthday and will definitely stop by in the future if I'm in Decatur and need a quick haircut.
We always come to this wonderful place, the Manager and Stylist Serenity is the most Amazing Lady and she takes great care of the Salon and Manage Stuff very well and does great work. My husband looks like a Brand New Man every time she cuts his hair. We are so grateful for all her care and great work. So Blessed. We highly recommend this wonderful place. Always be a return and happy customer
