I wish they would give people with salt and pepper hair a white apron so we can see how many dark hairs we have vs black aprons to show out grey hairs
Poor service for upscale prices. The check-in and queue system is disorganized and unfair, with walk-ins being taken ahead of scheduled clients. Not the level of professionalism you expect at this price point. Very disappointing.
I’ve been a loyal client at this location for years, but today’s experience was the final straw. I used Online Check-In and was told my stylist (Leatrice) would be ready in 22 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes later, checked in at the front, and the in-store dashboard showed I was next in about 5 minutes. Then, without explanation, my wait time suddenly jumped to nearly 30 minutes.
