Over heard a conversation in Spanish. The conversation was how they hate white people in El Paso. They did not know Im bilingual. The 4 females were also degrading the military soldiers in El Paso. Extremely racist against "gringos y gringas". I will never go back here again.

If I could select no stars I would. The worst place to get your haircut. I portray Santa at Christmas and let my hair get longer. I went in and asked for a trim, and the woman who serviced me cut the bulk of my hair off. I told her I said a trim and she said oh well. So much for active listening. Starting over, I hope Santa has his hair by Christmas.

I go to S.C. in many diferent cities and this is by far the worst haircut I have gotten in one. The stylists was more concerned with playing with the kids getting a cut next to me then what she was doing. This was after she ran out and smoked while I was sitting in the chair. Had to ask me twice what I wanted ... a very simple cut 4 blended in just trim the top. She proceeded to give me a diferent cut and when I got home my GF had to trim around one of my ears. Don't even bother going here. Jake has no right to own scissors. Called for manager and still waiting for return call. Called corporate, no return call. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Never have I witnessed such a horrible cut and customer service.

It was our first time coming to this location and I cannot say enough about how great the staff were!!! Carla was very personable and Ray took excellent care of getting my husband taken care of. The wait time was non-existent and extreme attention to detail was taken to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely be returning to this location for our future haircut needs. Thank you Carla and Ray!!!
