Awsome experience
Fantastic experience with Tiffany. I grew out my hair and was scared to have anyone touch it, but Tiffany was excellent and exceeded expectations. Walked me through everything, made suggestions, made sure I was okay with everything, and gave me exactly what I asked for without “chopping” anything. All stylists seemed polite, honest, and good with the kids that came in. No regrets here
Called and was directed to the app. App told me to show up at 1:45 At 1:33, I recieved a text telling me I was no longer in que. Arrived at 1:35 There was nobody in the waiting area when I arrived so I dont see why they felt the need to cancel my appointment before I was initially instructed to arrive, mother of 4 came in after me and they were helped while I had to wait 60 minutes after setting an appointment 2 hours prior.
