I went to the Cedar hills location, and Rena was my stylist. She did a great job, and was extremely friendly as well.
So poorly run. They tell you to check in online before coming in, but if you do they cancel your check in if you don’t magically appear instantly. Every time we either have our spot cancelled, unchecked in or magically our 5 minute wait becomes 45+, and good luck getting anyone to help you. They’re too busy chatting with each other and making sure to not make eye contact when walking between the cutting area and back rooms. I don’t have a problem at any other location.
