Kris, the stylist with red snakey hair, absolutely butchered my son's hair. It was the fasted haircut he has ever gotten, and it has never looked worse. I thought maybe my eyes were tricking me because she didn't clean him up and he had so much loose hair all over his hair line and face so I thought surely after he goes home to shower it will look better. Super happy that Felecia is a steady employee. Please take care of your long term employed people. I hate change and it’s so nice to have someone who knows what you want and is super easy to talk to. Going to a different person cause they previous kept leaving was frustrating. So it’s nice to have. Steady person at my location.
