Great place to go for a quality hair cut by friendly people. Booking and waits are very efficient and quick, except for my girl Tara, woop! woop! she's the best!
Genie was my stylist and she was very friendly and did a great job of cutting my hair. Very meticulous. I got the MVP package and the hot towel wrap and shampoo massage were excellent.
Misleading email offer. Very bad deceptive business practices regarding marketing. Had a special email for a free MVP cut. Turns out they were only offering a free upgrade to MVP and NEVER even offered going to MVP level until check out. In addition, they charged me full price on a Varsity cut and not the Sr price. Be aware and not fooled by this deceptive marketing. You have now lost me forever. What a shame.
