I had two great experiences here before today, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I came in and requested a beard trim from the start, but the employee’s demeanor seemed off right away. She was rude and unprofessional during the interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Unfortunately, the customer service did not meet the standard I had experienced on my previous visits.
