Helen has done an amazing job communicating what hair cut and care looks good on me, she cuts my hair confidently and expertly, and she provides a great customer service experience.
Always a good hair experience, Helen does a great job with my cut ensures I'm happy and she got it right! Like the online scheduling as well, makes it easy and can see if Helen is working also and the time estimates are pretty much spot on!
Phenomenal service. I will never recommend someone going in a few minutes prior to closing, but they were able to fit me in after a crazy day and still took their time to make sure everything was to my liking. Huge kudos to the team that was there for closing, and thank you Sienna for your patience with my crazy haircut requests.
