Great haircut, cool locker room look, comfy seats, clean shop, craftsman tool box look
Just was at the store. Checked in online and had a 45 min wait for a haircut with Brandy. I Arrived on time assuming I would be next and the person checked in after me was then brought back by Brandy. The in store sign adjusted my time back to 45 min wait. I told them that was ridiculous and I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes and to take me off the list. Very disappointing for a new customer.
Tiffany is amazing. Always asks questions about cut and style and cares about the clients experience.
Stylist was very nice... Not too talkative but just the right amount of talking done. My hair looked fabulous when I left. I'll definitely be going back here!
