If I could give 100 stars to Melissa in Leonardtown, MD, I would. She has been our go-to stylist for our young boys for a long time, and today she had a very specific treat waiting for our youngest, because she remembered a conversation with him last visit. She surely went above and beyond to make him very comfortable, and she is the sweetest! The haircuts were awesome, too.
Shannon at the 31 w location in Bowling Green is the most openly angry person I've ever had the displeasure of almost getting a haircut from. I'm not sure if she's going through something personal, or if I interrupted her break, but she acted like I walked into her living room and stood between her and the TV to ask for a haircut. Every question about the way I wanted my haircut was received with a huff and puff of hostility and condescension. To the point that I finally asked if she was okay... My Man just got home after receiving a bad cut. I never been trained to cut hair but I could do better. After 23 bucks this pic shows what I'm talking about. Omg.
Website says their services are available to everyone, regardless of gender. I called ahead of time and asked if women really can get a haircut, and they says yes. I got there and was told "We specialize in men, so there will be an extra charge for you, depending on how much you want cut." (I have long hair.) I told them I just wanted a small trim to the ends and around my face. She insisted that would be extra. I left. Nowhere does it say women cost extra. Nowhere does it say long hair costs extra.
