My concern with Sport Clips is no longer limited to one bad haircut. It is the apparent lack of accountability from the brand when a franchise location ignores a legitimate customer complaint. I had a very poor experience at a Sport Clips location involving my son’s haircut and my beard trim. My son showed the stylist a basic reference photo, and the stylist responded by saying something along the lines of, “That’s a $300 haircut. I frequently visit Ofallon IL sports clips up until last week. I accidentally left my sunglasses on the hair cutting station, when I left I called back up to the store to ask if they could set them aside or if I should turn back for them. The lady assured me they she would lock them up in the drawer under the cash register and place a note on them for me! Perfect. I signed up on line they tell me 40 minutes which was perfect. Because I was working and would be there in 35. On my way there they say your on deck. I reach the parking lot and it says you’re no longer on the clock. It’s now a 73 minute wait I have my daughter game o signed up on line for a reason. This is ridiculous. The ladies inside said they cannot love me up

If I could give 100 stars to Melissa in Leonardtown, MD, I would. She has been our go-to stylist for our young boys for a long time, and today she had a very specific treat waiting for our youngest, because she remembered a conversation with him last visit. She surely went above and beyond to make him very comfortable, and she is the sweetest! The haircuts were awesome, too.
