I took my son to the west Chester location. We always go to sports clips but this was our worst experience. With COVID-19, my 4 other kids have to sit in the car. No one told me that the woman cutting my son’s hair is inexperienced and newer. I figured it out when she was talking to me because she said she gets help from more experienced ones. She took 50 minutes cutting his hair. She messed it up really badly. She had two different woman helping her cut it. The manager actually finished the hair cut. And it looks horrible. ... read more

Offering military discounts only to active duty is a shameful business practice! Where is the support for our veterans?
Told us 2 year old had to get first haircut by himself. Covid precautions are one thing but when we said we didn’t want to get a cut there anymore they made comments as we were was it leaving. Horrible policy AND bad attitude? Double check!

While waiting for my haircut and trying to take a drink of my beverage with my mask on hand, I was told I had to leave unless I was wearing a mask. I asked how i was supposed to drink my beverage and the representative shrugged their shoulders. I live next to this location and will now go out of my way to avoid not only this location but Sports Clips in general.
