Every single time I go in there they're backed up due to not enough stylists; and this over the course of a year plus. The tv is up too loud (I get it, its sports, and I love sports but not in a place like this) so it's no wonder they can't hear the bell chime when I new customer walks in. Too many times of not being greeted and short staffed to make me never come back here, not to mention when they were closed for "bad weather" that wasn't even bad.
Given this place the benefit of the doubt for the last time. I have been going here for the last 3 years and in the last year the place has gone to crap. Never enough stylists for the volume of customers. Wait times continue to be longer and longer and the staff has become so complacent they are not welcoming to their customers. I've watched several customers walk out today because they were not even acknowledged by the stylists when they came in.
