I showed a picture of what I wanted my kids haircut to be and she didn’t even get close. The picture of the kid with sunglasses was the reference, the other two pictures are what we got. If you can’t do a haircut the way someone shows, you can just say No. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed for my child. I don’t remember her name but she had shirt spiked silver hair.
I went to get my haircut today and told the lady what I usually ask for. She didn't understand clearly and began doing a cut I didn't want. After it was too late I tried explaining how I would like it done from there. I was confused by what she was doing and it was taking a really long time. Eventually the manager had to come in and try "fixing it". Now I look totally chopped and have a full week of school presentations.
