I like the stylists but the wait is ridiculous. Tried to check in online three times with no success, then get to the store check in and it says 22 minutes and we were number four in line. 40 minutes later we were then number 11 in line with 46 minutes wait time. Pretty sure we are being bumped for their back for the online check-in’s that were just walking in the door. I’m glad the system works for other people but it hasn’t worked for us yet so I probably won’t be back.
Showed the stylist a picture for my sons hair and she basically gave him a Mohawk which was Nothing like the picture. When I Confronted her she claimed I never showed her a picture even though we had discussed it before the cut about the lengths and everything. We did NOT pay and will never be back.
Walked in today with my 6 yr old son. Alex cut my sons hair and Sarah cut mine. We were sat instantly, and it was a very friendly atmosphere. Both of us got a great cut and was very enjoyable. Will be back with my other 3 boys!
Lisa cut my son's hair tonight and I don't think it has ever looked as good as it does!! She did a fantastic job! We're not going anywhere else from now on. Thank You!
Great place and everyone is great. Very clean place
No better quality time with my son! He loves coming to yoga pants heaven. He says it gets him through puberty in the nicest way at 8 years old! THATS MY BOY! The haircuts are awesome too!
