I absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for a couple of years now and the girls always make my son feel special. Thank you Meagan and Brittany for always making our experience excellent.

I had an absolute horrible experience with Michelle M. and the Sports Clips store at Holly Springs. I went in for a hair trim of dead ends and the free neck trim. When I first sat down Michelle expressed no desire to converse or even discuss my hair needs. I warned her I had a few small scars at the base of my neck but that she didn't need to worry as she wouldn't be near that area due to trimming my long hair. Lexus does well, I've been here 4 or 5 times since I stopped going to great clips. She listens to what I want every time, in case I have something I'd like to change, and is respectably tedious when trimming.

Wish I had read reviews about this location before going, sat there for 10 min not one person acknowledged I walked in. Only one person in front of me, after that wait with no greeting I just walked out. What a shame never had this issue w SC till visiting here �
Shame on me. Seriously. I am a fool. I keep coming here thinking the service will improve. It doesn't. After my last post the owner called me. Nice to know he reads this but nothing has changed. Slow as molasses in terms of getting served. Today I walked in and was told to sign in by writing my name on sign in sheet. Nobody's name was in front of mine yet four other customers were served ahead of me. If they would have said it was going to be a 30 minute wait I could have made better use of my time.
