Said wait was significantly shorter than it was. Been here two times in two days to try to get a cut at off peak hours and I'm still tempted to walk out. Smdh.
First I want to say I am not a sports fan, but since I got a certificate for a free MVP haircut in a welcome package when I moved to the area, and hadn't had a hair cut in over 3 years, I would not have gone. I will say that I do like the concept and felt it a welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Natalia illas did a fabulous job on my husbands hair. She shaped it just right and everything blended together so nicely! I highly recommend her as her customer service skills were 5 stars.
