1-Star Review Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience here. My husband brought our son in for a haircut and specifically requested a zero fade, finger-length hair on top, and a hard part. When they got home, it was clear that the top was significantly longer than requested and the hard part wasn’t really defined. Since we live about an hour away, I really didn’t want to make another trip, but I brought him back the next day and politely asked if they could correct it.
