Lupita always does a great job along with other stylists. They’re all nice and show that they care about their customers.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received this morning. I brought my son in for a haircut, and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The individual who cut my son’s hair appeared unprofessional and did not provide the level of care and skill we expected. The haircut took an unusually long time, the result was not acceptable, and the area was not cleaned properly afterward. Despite this, we were charged the full amount.
Nicky was very professional on her job and was very friendly
