The staff waited for us to get to the shop to tell us they are not accepting guess anymore instead of cancelling the appointment. Droved all the way for nothing.

Updated April 2026: I’ve been seeing Nikki for the past few times and she is phenomenal! A great conversationalist and she gives the best shampoo head messages! She does a great job trimming my hair and shaping my beard. You must schedule with her! Original 2023 Review: Tifa was amazing! It was my first time here and I will certainly be going back. Thanks for the great haircut and beard trim!
