Fantastic customer service and support. I had a rock caught against the brake rotor making a horrible metal-on-metal screeching as I drove. Once I described the symptoms they knew exactly that the problem was and quickly fit me in between other jobs to take the tire off, knock out the rock, and send me on my way. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks so much to the team!
I took my car here to have the brakes checked because they were squeaking and grinding after they installed new brakes in February. After checking them they forgot to put the bolts back in the passenger side caliper. Extremely negligent. Poor customer service. I do not recommend. After all this my new brakes are still squeaking. I was told that "Mercedes brakes are just like that."
The check engine light was on in my car. So I brought it in for them to take a look, they told me that my crank and cam shafts were damaged. They told me it would be about 2 grand with parts and labor to fix. I came back later in the day to pick up my car to get a second opinion somewhere else. they warned me not to drive it cuz it might just not start. Anyway it drove absolutely fine for the next month and when I took it to another mechanic he said that it doesn’t even have a cam shaft (which was the main part they said it ... read more
