Stay FAR FAR FAR away from here. I was overcharged $1000 for breaks and rotors to be replaced on just my front tires. THAT PRICE DIDNT INCLUDE PARTS BECAUSE I BOUGHT THOSE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only was that overpriced but they had my car for around a month and when I called to get information about the status of my car I was not only left on hold for nearly half an hour but the person that worked on my car couldnt tell me if or when it wound be ready. Never again. 60k for nothing but headaches and a defective car. Just want my money back and be done...soo irritated with this place. Initial ac goes up. They say its a compressor. Same day fix it and give it to me then within a few hrs touch screen stops responding. They say its a computer command issue. So they fix that...they said all that to me to turn and have my brand new 2025 cadillac ct5 over heart and start smoking like crazy from exhaust. I highly recommend Sport Cadillac. I purchased a Cadillac CT5 from this dealership about a month ago. The staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its technology. They negotiated a very fair price without haggling and were transparent throughout the entire process. They have been very responsive to any follow up questions I've had. The car is amazing!
