I’m sharing this review to help other customers be aware of potential service-related fees and communication issues at Sport Cadillac / Sport Chevrolet Service Center. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment that was initially represented as involving a key fob programming charge only, with a multipoint inspection and loaner vehicle indicated as $0.
