Dear Sport, Six months ago, I worked with Kramer at Sport Cadillac to special order a 2025 Escalade ESV for my wife, as I have done numerous times in the past. Fast forward to six months later, I receive a text from Kramer letting me know the vehicle has arrived. Great experience using their Cadillac Roadside Assistance. Had a bad valve stem on my CT5-V. Brian came out and fixed it on-site, i was 40 minutes away. First class technician and organization. Be A Sport Fan Too!
Don’t waste your time here ! First time I’ve been to a dealership in my life where I felt like they didn’t want to sell me a car! What kind of dealership ignores customers who want to do business with them? Horrible customer service ! Owner and Management is a joke! Took my business elsewhere and I got the Cadillac LYRIQ that I wanted at the price I wanted . I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Spend your hard earned money elsewhere !
