Gibbs and Ms. Pugh in Finance truly saved the transaction. I wanted to give this location a fair, unbiased try, but there were several issues throughout the process. There are definite opportunities for improvement in communication and sales strategy within the team. I always give a 5 star except now the convenient oil change station is gone This is/was the only place for miles that customers could drive through for a quick oil change. Please bring this back.
