I was promised a complete detail as part of my purchase. Confirmed with sales and service prior to my arrival for my scheduled appointment. Car was not detailed even after the salesperson said she "would talk to the owner herself"
Ms. Faith in Cadillac services provided excellent service. She went beyond & above, she took care of all the issues. At the end, she also made arrangements for my transportation from my home to the dealership to pick up my car. I will give her 10 stars for her extraordinary customer service. Jesse was excellent as ususal: I denied the service because I can afford it. The car is not worth it, I purchased this car at Sports Chevy. Ive had this car sine 2011 and Sports Chevy has been excellent to me.
