I am very happy with this dealership! They have consistently done an excellent job since we bought our Bolt in 2019. Jesse Sandoval and Willy Lagos are awesome, making sure we have good advice on maintenance and fair pricing, facilitating a loaner when our car was in the shop for months due to a back-ordered part in 2025, and providing transit so I don’t have to stick around all day when the car is in the shop. I definitely recommend this dealership.
First time with this service contact person but, i told him i had a coupon, should've been linked to my vehicle id#, he told me to pick it up saturday when he wasn't there, he didn't use the coupon. I spent over $3K. used to be if you spent over $1K, they washed your car, nope. i also had some straps securing a trunk storage until, not anymore, i'd say subpar service, definitely not worth the money. very disapppointed
