I was going to go here because of all the good things I’ve heard however to me customer service is everything so when I’m calling your business to inquire about something and you are rude on the phone (didn’t catch her name) it already makes me not want to do business with you. Then when you want to charge $50-60 for a USED tire that’s a hard NO for me! Ended up finding another shop on 49th street, owner was amazing and I was in and out within minutes and it cost me $40 out the door and it looks brand new. Stop trying to rip... read more

Ok so first off your post is not needed the young lady whos at the front desk is brand new and we are still training her second we are sorry that are tires are 50 bucks but you do get what you pay for glad you were able to get a nice tire for 40 bucks chances are they did not pay for that tire and 40 was there profit you hear alot of great things about my business for a reason im a no nonsense type of man and are honest good thing you found someone to deal have a blessed day

I brought my car in today after the lift gate would not work. Mike found out quickly what the issue was. Honest & friendly people that work there & I highly recommend their shop!
The guys at Spooners have are super helpful. Was able to drive up and they patched my tire right then and there.

This is what happens when you use Spooners tires. Second time I’ve had this happen. The AAA guy BROKE his breaker bar because he couldn’t get them off. The last time my brake guy spent a half hour on them and broke his impact socket. Because they WAY over tightened my lugs.
