Amazing facility! Everyone from the front desk to the janitor was friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
RecommendedI went in to the ED this morning. The two nurses Amy and Michelle were excellent. This was my first visit to your hospital and I am very impressed. The Doctor was caring and kind. I appreciate the great care.

We have a faith based reimbursement health share instead of insurance. A legal one. They wouldn't work with them at all. Then there is the fact that we never got called back with test results and had to call to get them. When we called they couldn't find them at first. Not a very good experience at all.
Always have had great service there. Had eye surgery there and they have a great surgical team.
It is close by and some of the people seem nice and actually care. But the facility could use a good scrub down.
Always excellent care, great people no matter which department. They actually seem to care about the patients and families!!
we had brought my mom into spooner er for obvious stroke symptoms at 11pm symptoms being no use of right side of her body, slurred speech drooping face. All clear signs of a stroke to anyone with half a brain!! They did not Ct scan my mother until 2am which they said she had not had a stroke and isn't having one, and their answer being she just slept funny. Her condition continued to worsen and was airlifted to Duluth. They had ct scanned her right away and she had a stroke hours before and was to late to deliver the reversa... read more
Very friendly and inviting people. I’ve been dealing with all my sons medical stuff for almost 15 years and it’s nice having people that listen to me and do what I want and need for my boy. Thank you all that have made my journey easier. Many many thanks to Dr Gaskill for listening to me when I need certain things done for Levi and all the nurses are amazing! And to Dr Boehlke for being so on top on my health when I’ve needed you. You ALL are a special gift 😊
