I’ve been going to Spoleto’s for the past 16 years. Going all the way back to Spoleto express to the one that was in East Longmeadow. Food was always AMAZING!!!! However these past 3 times that we went March 2020 June 2020 and today, the food was horrible. My husband always gets the same thing the past shells and I get the Alfredo. My Alfredo was so watery barely any flavor. Today was the first time that we all didn’t finish are meal. They must have either new owners or new cooks. Spoleto opened up its large outdoor patio recently, and I am delighted with the results. they have large tents you can sit under as well as an option, and parking on sight. there was a large menu of fresh food. And even some new items on the menu from Mama Iguana's. such as varieties of tacos or nachos. (The margaritas were also delicious, especially the blood orange flavor). The staff was also super great, very warm and friendly. I went 2 days in a row with my family😁
Train your staff taking pick-up orders to be more respectful, courteous, and patient with customers who are ordering food over the phone.
Great food fast service friendly people
Regular or Gluten Chicken Parmesan was delish ...good sauce ... crisp fresh veggies ... and good waitering
