Very professional, friendly, thorough. I felt well cared for and everything was well explained to me. My new doc for dermatology. Blessed to have found her. Would highly recommend to everyone needing a dermatologist.
First of all, I want to say I really like my provider Dr.Reese. He was very nice on every visit and treated my problem. The issue I have is trying to refill my prescriptions. My pharmacy doesn't hear back from the office for days. Last time, after waiting for 4 days, I called them, talked to someone and they said they will send it right away, but didn't. I called again and the lady I spoke to was almost annoyed that I was calling about my medication. I emailed them, stating the flare ups I get without my medication and how d... read more
They went out of their way during this difficult COVID time, to get me in, when I told them I was having real problems. Despite being a new patient, they got me an appointment! The staff was friendly and efficient, the doctor was great, and I look forward to seeing them in a year, provided the biopsy she took today is nothing that needs to be addressed before then! Really appreciate them, their great service and warm attitude.
Dr. Werschler is wonderful, super friendly and VERY knowledgeable! All of the staff is very kind and efficient as well! Wonderful experience EVERY TIME!
