4 days ago I threw my back out. I have been home stuck in bed barely able to move. Nothing was working and I was miserable. I called the office to see if Chris had any openings and they were able to work me in right away. When I arrived at the office I was experiencing shooting pain in my back. Chris was able to work my muscles out and help get rid of the pain. When I left I was able to move comfortably and no more shooting pain.
