This place is a nightmare. The customer service from the older (non)gentlemen was atrocious. I've never seen someone be so belligerent with paying customers. "I will only show you this once then your on your own". I heard that several times with several different customers. I will never set foot on this property again. Now, for what you find. NOT MUCH. I was attempting to entertain some family who came in from Vermont, so i thought sapphire mining would be a rewarding activity. We picked up a brochure from a local store and attempted to follow the directions to the shop. Needless to say we wasted an hour driving around in circles b/c none or the roads were marked and the sapphire store was not answering their phone, so we finally stopped and asked someone who helped us to our location.
