Came in for a dip removal. Soaked nails in an acetone water mixture for 10 plus minutes. Nails were not coming off due to the wrong product being used. Then was given another bowl with stronger acetone for another 10 mins. My skin is completely cracked and dry from the overexposure of chemicals. I have never had my hands soaked for so long and had this reaction.
I've been going to Spoiled for over 3 years. And I HATE complaining. But lately I feel so rushed. & the pedi quality, not great. Today will make me try somewhere else. The bath bomb pedicure is so luxurious and relaxing. This was my first time in but I will be back every chance I get!! Did simple gel polish and pleased with the even coverage and no bumps.

Don't waste your money. I got a pedicure, toes painted, and my big toes acrylic to give them better shape. I'm not the type to complain during a service but when I got home and examined my toes I realized how poorly done they were. My cuticles weren't trimmed or pushed back to paint so my nail beds look shorter than they are. My nails weren't filed straight and looked crooked, I caught one of them so bad, but after the third time of asking her to fix it, I left it and fixed it myself when I got home.
