The doctor in charge of my floor absolutely refused to listen to anything I had to say did a visit to my room only because it was mandatory, lied to me on several Occasions, and basically played his own little version of God. The only thing more disgusting was the food. Everything was laced with Hispanic spices to A point where most of it was an edible. If your loved one dies here, get a lawyer and sue for so much money they have to close. It is almost for sure their fault.The only good thing they did was feed a person I love who collapsed. We were assured to see a cardiologist in the morning. on day 3 still no cardiologist. These people don't care if you die and all these reviews show it. They couldn't suck more if they tried. I took my son in for removal of a Lg. fluid filled cyst on his neck (spine to jaw). The pre surgery team (5). The surgeon (5+) post surgery team (5). Sent him home next day.
While my mother’s surgery was successful and the surgeon was excellent, the post-operative nursing care was completely unacceptable and overshadowed what should have been a smooth recovery. Immediately after major surgery, my mother was in severe pain and felt everything. Despite multiple requests from both of us, it took about 35 minutes for her to receive pain medication, and even then it was low-dose. When I first saw her, she could barely speak from pain.
