These are horrible people, here is what they did to my Mom: 4/25/2018 I am a 67 year old disabled senior. In March 2013 I rented a studio in Pleasant Hill from Stevens Property Management (SPM). Over the years I interacted with Andrew, Kathy and April from SPM. They were professional polite with good customer service skills. Ok I'll change my original review. I was very dissatisfied with this company originally but I really appreciated how the president of the company contacted me asking me what my concerns were and he was very sympathetic and took care of my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. Thank you Paul for reaching out.
They seemed very professional in the beginning and responsive to tenant issues. However, over time they ignored my requests and never responded back. Communication and follow up is important.
