Never, EVER rent smith properties. I rented with them for about two years during college and have never faced more stress and ridiculousness in my life. I had the same roof leak for a full year. I reported this leak at least 10 times during this period and had repair people come in 3 different times for this leak. The apartments HAVE MOLD.
