We brought home a puppy back in December. We had our third visit at Sploot today. If you’re looking for affordable, friendly and truly caring experience for you and your animals, consider this location. Nathalie took care of us today and as always with a caring heart and a smile (denji would say with lots of treats too). I can’t remember the name of the woman who works the counter, but she’s wonderful and we love her too.
We love going to Sploot 9+CO! Everyone is always so nice to us and our pup. We’ve been going for about 2 years now and our dog is in great health. Our last visit DVM Yao and RVT Nathalie made the check up quick and easy. They always give our girl Lucille extra love! Also love being able to text the clinic with any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend taking your pet here!
Wow. What an amazing and compassionate team. I am having a little financial hardship for a short period and they did everything possible to help my pet within my budget and make a plan to get him up to speed in a couple of months (extra blood work, etc.) I had the worst experience before going to Sploot. Another Vet actually suggested re-homing him if I could not pay and her guess was that it would be $3k to get him what he needed. Ps. He had been receiving great care before this. Crazy.
We’ve been here twice, once for a concerning bump on my pups head, and a couple other things we had them check. They basically forced me to schedule another appointment, an anal gland expression, a month out. They quoted me $49 for this service. When I arrived, I was told it was actually $120, because they charge a vet tech fee, and I wanted a nail trim (apparently a tech fee and a nail trim equate to another $70 somehow?). They do everything they can to make your pet feel comfortable. My cat, like many others, is a easily spooked animal when at the vet but he quickly returns back to normal at home after the visit so I know they were gentle with him! I recommend this Sploot location for wellness exams/vaccines. This was my 3rd visit for this purpose.
