This company is a scam. My new apartment complex asked the owner, Danny Morales to send over a guest card stating he was my locator. No response. I texted him to ask him to send. No response. I thought this was a professional business and I, as the customer am having to follow up. It's a fraud. Danny then contacts me after I had to do all of the work and constantly ask him to send this information and tells me that he will not send me the money until I take this review down. Do not use this person as your locator.

Danny is that guy. I was moving back from Austin and had no interest in diving into the apt hunt. I told him what my requirements were and what area I wanted to be in. He provided ample options and I was able to sign a lease within a few days. I’d recommend Danny to anyone looking for a place within the 610 loop.
