Danny is a fraud. I used his services at my current apartment, and he ignored my emails and went completely unresponsive. My apartment complex confirmed that he invoiced them, received payment, but never gave me my portion as promised on his website. Do not use his services—this is a scam.

This company is a scam. My new apartment complex asked the owner, Danny Morales to send over a guest card stating he was my locator. No response. I texted him to ask him to send. No response. I thought this was a professional business and I, as the customer am having to follow up. It's a fraud. Danny then contacts me after I had to do all of the work and constantly ask him to send this information and tells me that he will not send me the money until I take this review down. Do not use this person as your locator.

Danny is that guy. I was moving back from Austin and had no interest in diving into the apt hunt. I told him what my requirements were and what area I wanted to be in. He provided ample options and I was able to sign a lease within a few days. I’d recommend Danny to anyone looking for a place within the 610 loop.
