Danny is that guy. I was moving back from Austin and had no interest in diving into the apt hunt. I told him what my requirements were and what area I wanted to be in. This has been the worst experience with Danny. He never follows up and I always have to do the leg work with my apartment complex. It takes him 6 months to actually get a check because he still doesn’t realize he needs to be set up as a vendor. I had to tell him this at my new place. It’s a total scam and you won’t get paid for close to 6-8 months because he drags his feet. I would never refer this service ever.
Danny is great to work with! Always on top of updating you throughout doing business with him. High quality service and highly recommended!
